Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, purchase history, saved products, and all associated personal data from our system.
How to Request Deletion
You may delete your eki.digital account using either of the following options:
Option 1: Fill the Form
Please fill out the form below to request account or data deletion. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
Option 2: Email Request
If you prefer, you can also send us an email:
Email:Â support@eki.digital Subject Line:Â Delete My Account Body:Â Please include your full name, registered email address, and phone number (if any).
Important Notes:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Any pending orders will be canceled before deletion.
If you reinstall the app later, you will need to create a new account.
Your financial details are encrypted and not stored; no further action is required to remove them.
