Description of the Promotion: The 5% 3-Month Sales Bonus is a limited-time promotional
incentive offered to new vendors joining the Eki Market Place (the Global platform operated by Eki Global Holdings Ltd).
This program is designed to encourage new vendors to boost their sales and engagement on the platform. By participating in this promotion, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
This promotion is open exclusively to new vendors who register on the Eki Market Place. To qualify for the 5% sales bonus, a vendor must meet all of the following criteria within the first 90 days of their store activation:
Account Registration & Setup: Complete the vendor registration process by creating a valid account and listing at least 20 products in the store. All listed products must include high-quality images and accurate descriptions that appropriately represent the items. The vendor’s profile must be 100% complete, and at least one staff member (store administrator) should be added to help manage the store.
Account Verification: The vendor must have a verified account. This includes providing a valid government-issued identification (such as an international passport or national ID) for identity verification, and completing any required profile verification steps (e.g. verifying email, phone, and linking social profiles as required) this come with a platform verification fee of $10 monthly.
Exclusive Platform Participation: The vendor must operate as an exclusive seller on Eki Market Place during the 90-days promotional period. This means the products offered under this program should be sold only on Eki Market Place and not listed on other competing marketplaces.
Sales Performance (30 Days): Within the first 30 days of store activation, the vendor must successfully fulfill a minimum of 10 verified orders (i.e. sales that are completed and not canceled or refunded).
Sales Performance (90 Days): Within the first 90 days of store activation, the vendor’s store must achieve a total sales volume of at least $100,000 USD (one hundred thousand U.S. dollars) in gross merchandise value on the Eki platform. (If the store’s primary currency is not USD, the sales will be converted to USD for evaluation at the official exchange rate.)
Active Engagement: The vendor should be active on the platform for at least 4 hours per day on average. This includes activities such as responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, updating product listings, and otherwise managing the online store to ensure a good customer experience.
Customer Satisfaction Requirements: The vendor must demonstrate strong customer satisfaction and engagement metrics during the promotional period:
At least 90% of customers who purchase from the vendor should leave a review or feedback on their purchase.
The vendor must maintain a minimum average rating of 4 out of 5 stars from customer reviews.
At least 60% of the customers who made purchases from the vendor should “follow” the vendor’s store on the platform (indicating they remain engaged with the vendor for future updates).
Referral of New Users: The vendor should contribute to growing the platform’s community:
Refer at least 20 new vendors to join Eki Market Place. Each referred vendor must successfully create a vendor account and list a minimum of 5 products in their own store.
Recommend at least 50 new customers to sign up for an Eki Market Place customer account. These referred customers should register on the platform (for example, via the vendor’s referral link or by indicating the vendor as a referrer during sign-up).
Wallet Balance: Maintain a minimum balance of $100 USD in the vendor’s Eki wallet from sales proceeds throughout the 90-day period. (This ensures that the vendor has some earned funds retained in the account, which may be used for order processing fees, promotions, or simply indicates ongoing sales activity.)
Note: vendor is eligible for this 5% Sales Bonus only once, as a one-time benefit for their first onboarding period. If a vendor operates multiple stores or accounts, only the first store/account is eligible (see Exclusions below for duplicate accounts). This program is open to new vendors globally; however, it is void where prohibited by law, and it is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the vendor’s jurisdiction.
2. Bonus Structure
Bonus Rate: Qualified vendors will earn a bonus equivalent to 5% of their total sales revenue made through Eki Market Place during the first 90 days from the date their store is activated. For example, if a vendor generates $100,000 USD in eligible sales during that period, the bonus would amount to $5,000 USD.
Calculation Period: The bonus covers sales from day 1 of store activation up to day 90. After 90 days, the promotion period ends and any sales beyond that period will not count toward this bonus program.
Eligible Sales: Only completed sales transactions on the Eki platform are counted toward the bonus. Completed sales are orders that have been paid for by the customer and not canceled or refunded. Any orders that are returned, refunded, canceled, or determined to be fraudulent will not be included in the sales total. (Eki reserves the right to adjust the sales total for any such transactions or any discrepancies.)
Currency Conversion: Sales totals and bonus amounts will be calculated in U.S. Dollars (USD) for uniformity. If a vendor’s sales are in a local currency, those amounts will be converted to USD at the prevailing exchange rate at the end of the promotion period. The bonus will then be determined as 5% of that USD-equivalent total (see Payment section for payout currency).
Qualification Confirmation: The 5% bonus will only be awarded after Eki has verified that the vendor has met all the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If any single requirement is not fulfilled (for example, the vendor only achieved 8 orders instead of 10, or did not reach the $100k sales threshold, etc.), then the vendor will not qualify for the bonus. Partial or prorated bonuses are not provided – the program is all-or-nothing.
One-Time Incentive: This bonus is a one-time promotional offer tied to the initial 90-day onboarding period. It does not apply to any sales beyond the first 90 days, and vendors who have already received this onboarding bonus will not be eligible for any repeat of the same promotion in the future (unless a new promotion is announced). It also cannot be transferred to any other vendor or account (see Section 4: Exclusions).
3. Payment of Bonus Disbursement Timing: The bonus payment will be processed and disbursed to the qualifying vendor within 10 working days (business days) after the end of the 90-day promotion period, provided that all the program requirements have been verified as met. Eki will conduct a review of the vendor’s account and activities at the end of the period; once confirmed, the bonus will be approved for payout. (If there is a high volume of participants, this review process might extend slightly, but Eki will endeavor to pay out within the stated timeframe.)
Payout Method: The bonus will be paid out via the vendor’s registered payout method on Eki Market Place. This could include methods such as mobile money transfer, bank transfer, electronic wallet, cryptocurrency payment, or any other payout option that the platform supports and that the vendor has designated for withdrawals. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that their payout details (e.g., bank account number, mobile money number, digital wallet address) are accurate and up-to-date in their account settings. Eki Holdings Ltd. is not liable for any bonus amounts sent to an incorrect account due to outdated or incorrect information provided by the vendor.
Currency of Payment: Bonus payments will generally be made in the vendor’s local currency or the currency of the vendor’s chosen payout method, whenever possible. The amount will be equivalent to the USD-calculated bonus, converted at the official exchange rate at the time of payment. (For instance, if the bonus is calculated to be $5,000 USD, a vendor in a country using EUR would receive the equivalent of $5,000 in Euros at the current exchange rate.) If for any
reason Eki cannot pay in the local currency, an alternative currency or payment method will be arranged in consultation with the vendor.
Separate from Sales Proceeds: The bonus is an additional payout from Eki Holdings Ltd. and does not affect the vendor’s regular earnings from their sales. Vendors will continue to receive their normal order payments and revenue as per the standard payout schedule for sales on the platform. The bonus will be issued as a separate transaction (for example, as a lump sum credit to the vendor’s account or direct transfer) clearly labeled as a “Sales Bonus” or similar.Taxes and Fees: Any and all taxes, duties, or government fees that may be applicable to the bonus payment are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Eki Holdings Ltd. will not withhold taxes from the bonus (unless legally required to do so in certain jurisdictions), and will not be responsible for paying taxes on a vendor’s behalf. Vendors are advised to report and pay any required income taxes or other taxes on the bonus according to the laws of their country or region. Additionally, any bank fees or transaction fees charged by the payment provider (for example, a bank’s incoming wire transfer fee or a mobile money service fee) will typically be borne by the vendor receiving the payment.
4. Exclusions and Disqualifications
The following situations are excluded from this promotion or will result in disqualification from the bonus program:
Existing Vendors: This bonus is intended only for newly registered vendors. Any vendor who had an active store on Eki Market Place prior to the promotion period (i.e., before their “first 90 days” window) is not eligible. The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to past sales or accounts.
Multiple Accounts: Each business or individual vendor is only allowed to claim this bonus once.Creating duplicate vendor accounts or stores in an attempt to receive multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited. If Eki determines that a vendor has created more than one account (for example, using different email addresses or identities) to game the promotion, all such accounts will be disqualified from the bonus, and further action may be taken (such as suspension of the accounts) per platform policies.
Fraudulent Activities: Any form of fraud or manipulation will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. This includes (but is not limited to) generating fake orders, engaging in self-purchasing (where the vendor or their associates buy from their own store to inflate sales), using bots or fake referrals to meet the referral targets, posting false reviews or ratings, or any other deceptive practices intended to fulfill the requirements illegitimately. Eki Market Place employs monitoring and verification procedures, and any vendor caught in fraudulent activity forfeits their bonus and may face additional penalties (such as account suspension or banning from the platform).
Incomplete Requirements: Vendors who fail to meet any of the eligibility requirements (Section 1) within the given time frames will not receive the bonus. For example, if a vendor meets all other criteria but only uploads 10 products instead of 20, or achieves $80,000 in sales instead of $100,000, they will be ineligible for the 5% bonus. There are no partial bonuses for partially meeting targets. The program is designed to reward those who fulfill all the criteria.
Off-Platform Sales: Only sales made through the Eki Market Place platform count toward the sales figures for this bonus. Any revenue the vendor earns outside of Eki (for instance, via their own website or another marketplace) is excluded from this program and does not count toward the $100,000 sales target. Similarly, the bonus will not be paid on any transactions that are not processed through Eki Market Place. Vendors should not attempt to self-report external sales as part of their Eki sales – such attempts would be considered fraudulent.
Violation of Policies: If a vendor violates any other Eki Market Place policies or terms of service, they may be removed from the bonus program. For example, listing products that contravene Eki’s rules, engaging in prohibited content or activities, or getting banned/suspended for any reason during the 90-day period will automatically disqualify the vendor from receiving the bonus. Vendors are expected to conduct business honestly and comply with all platform rules throughout the period.
Combining Promotions: This 5% Sales Bonus promotion cannot be combined with any other concurrent promotions or incentives aimed at new vendors, unless explicitly permitted by Eki. If the company is running multiple vendor incentive programs, a new vendor can only take part in one such program at a time (whichever is most beneficial to them), as determined by Eki Holdings Ltd. Vendors found to be double-dipping or attempting to claim multiple overlapping incentives may forfeit one or all such incentives at Eki’s discretion.
Geographic Restrictions: While the program is global, it is void in any regions or countries where such promotions are prohibited or restricted by law. If a vendor is in a location where receiving a bonus of this nature would violate local laws or regulations, they are unfortunately not eligible to participate. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their participation is lawful in their locale.
Eki may decline to award a bonus to vendors in certain jurisdictions if advised by legal counsel.
5. General Conditions
Verification and Audit: Eki Holdings Ltd. reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any vendor’s activities and data related to this promotion. This may include auditing order records, confirming referrals, checking for duplicate accounts, verifying reviews and followers, etc. By participating, the vendor agrees to cooperate with any verification procedures (such as providing additional information or documentation if requested). If verification processes cannot confirm that all conditions were met legitimately, the bonus may be withheld or canceled.
Platform Policies: By entering this promotion, vendors agree to continue abiding by all standard Eki Market Place terms and conditions, policies, and guidelines, including but not limited to the general Terms of Use, Vendor Policies, listing standards, and Community Guidelines. The promotion does not exempt anyone from following the rules that apply to all sellers on the platform. In case of any conflict between this promotion’s terms and the general platform terms, these promotion-specific terms will apply for matters relating to the bonus, but they do not supersede the platform’s general legal terms for overall usage of the site.
Modification or Termination of Promotion: Eki Holdings Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this 5% Sales Bonus program at any time, for any reason. While the company will endeavor to provide prior notice to participants (for example, via email or an announcement on the platform) in case of any significant changes or early termination, it may not always be possible to do so. Changes might include adjustments to eligibility criteria, extension or shortening of the promotion period, or cancellation of the program. However, any such modifications will not retroactively take away a bonus that has already been earned by a vendor; they would typically apply to ongoing or future participants.
Final Decision: In all matters relating to the interpretation and implementation of this promotion (including qualification determination, bonus calculations, and the resolution of any issues), the decisions of Eki Holdings Ltd. management are final and binding. Vendors agree that Eki has sole discretion in how the terms are applied and that all decisions made by the company regarding this program will be accepted without dispute, except as provided in the dispute resolution process below.
Communications: Any updates, announcements, or changes to the program will be communicated through official Eki channels – such as the email associated with the vendor’s account, official social media channels, or the Eki Market Place website/dashboard notifications.
It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor these communications. The company is not responsible if a vendor fails to see an announcement because they did not check their email or notifications.
No Waiver: Eki’s failure to enforce any term of this agreement in any instance shall not constitute a waiver of that term. Even if we choose not to act immediately on a violation by a vendor (for example, if we overlook a minor issue or give the benefit of the doubt), we still reserve the right to enforce the term later or enforce any other term.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a competent legal authority, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The rest of the terms will continue in full force and effect.
Program Integrity: By participating, vendors acknowledge that the purpose of this program is to encourage genuine growth and engagement on the platform. Any attempt to undermine the integrity of the promotion (for example, by exploiting loopholes or engaging in behavior contrary to the spirit of the incentive) may result in corrective action by Eki, including disqualification from the bonus or other consequences. Eki reserves the right to interpret these terms in the spirit of
fairness and to ensure a level playing field for all participants.
6. Dispute Resolution
Internal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, question, or disagreement regarding the qualification for the bonus or the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the vendor should first contact Eki Market Place support or their account manager (if one is assigned). Eki Holdings Ltd. will review the inquiry and any relevant information (e.g., sales data, timestamps, referrals) and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
Final Decision: As noted in Section 5, Eki’s management has final authority on the interpretation of the promotion rules. If a vendor disagrees with a decision (for example, being deemed ineligible for the bonus), the vendor may request an additional review or provide supplementary evidence to support their case. Eki will consider such requests but ultimately the company’s final decision will prevail. By participating in the program, vendors accept that the company’s determination of any disputes is conclusive.
No Class Actions: To the extent permitted by law, vendors agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class or collective action. Vendors waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Eki Holdings Ltd. concerning this promotion. (This clause is included to ensure that disputes are handled one-on-one; it does not prevent a vendor from seeking relief, but it does prevent collective legal
proceedings.)
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This will depend on the company’s location and the vendor’s location. Generally, the promotion and its terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Eki Holdings Ltd. is incorporated, unless superseded by any local consumer protection laws in the vendor’s country. (For example, if Eki Holdings Ltd. is incorporated in Country X, then the laws of Country X govern these terms.) Any unresolved disputes that escalate beyond
internal resolution may need to be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
