• Eki Digital reserves the right to suspend fraudulent accounts or any account violating these terms

• Acknowledge that Eki Digital acts as a facilitator, not the seller

Vendor Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for vendors on Eki Digital:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, product delivery, and customer service.
• You agree not to upload prohibited items or infringe on copyrights.
• Payment withdrawals are processed after a holding period.
• Eki Digital retains the right to modify commission rates with notice.
• Violation may result in account suspension or removal.

By registering as a vendor, you agree to these terms.

Disclaimers or Licenses (For Digital / Music / Media Sellers)

Vendors uploading digital products must:

• Own the rights to the content or have a resale license
• Not upload pirated or stolen media
• Indicate licensing terms clearly (e.g., royalty-free, personal use, commercial use)

Eki Digital is not liable for copyright violations. All claims will be investigated and may result in account removal.
