Steps to get started:
- Register an account and select “I am a Vendor”
- Access your vendor dashboard
- Add store info: name, logo, description
- Add your first product or service
- Start selling!

By listing products/services, vendors agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions and pricing
- Fulfill orders promptly
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Avoid counterfeit or restricted items
- Respect all platform policies

Content Upload Rules
Your store must reflect professionalism.
When uploading items:
- Use clear images
- Avoid duplicate listings
- Provide full descriptions (features, warranty, delivery time)
- Tag with appropriate categories/keywords
Prohibited Items
The following cannot be listed:
- Weapons, firearms, explosives
- Illegal substances or counterfeit products
- Adult content or services
- Items infringing on intellectual property
- Services violating local law or ethics
Legal Agreement
Vendor Service Agreement
By operating as a vendor, you accept that:
- Eki Digital is a facilitator, not the seller
- You are liable for your products, customer service, and legal compliance
- Your store can be suspended if you violate policies
- Disputes may be mediated by Eki for fairness
Support & Disputes
We help vendors handle issues quickly.
- Buyers must first contact you directly
- You have 72 hours to respond to complaints
- If unresolved, Eki will step in to mediate
- Frequent disputes may affect your account status
